Here I am in 1986, age 42, selling wine to Susie Davidson at La Varenne cooking school in Paris, on rue St. Dominique.
I sold wine to over 50 restaurants in Paris, some of which were Michelin-starred.
I also sold wine to 150 more restaurants and wine shops throughout France.
